Membership

       In the Association is established individual, collective and honorary membership.

       Individual members of the Association may be individuals who have reached the age of 18 and are citizens of Ukraine, foreign citizens and stateless persons who have graduated from higher educational institutions of Kharkiv (including master's, doctoral and postgraduate) and / or that taught (teach) in it and / or have a friendly feeling to higher educational institution in Kharkiv and those who share the aims of the Association and observes the requirements of the Statute.

       Collective members of the Association may be non-governmental organizations that support the aims of the Association and participate in its activities. Individual and collective members of the Association have equal rights and duties.

       Honorary members may be well-known representatives of science, culture, education, business, well-known public, government and political figures, as well as persons with merits to Association. Right to invite as an honorary member of the Association is available to the Council of the Association.

       Membership in the Association is carried out on the basis of the submitted personal application and statement to the Association of individuals and minutes of meetings, statements and applications of legal entities - public organizations. The application can be filled in at the location of the Association or sent by mail (including e-mail). For consideration regarding admission to the Association accepted only upon written application. Approved Association members (excluding honorary) pay entrance and membership fees, the amount and terms of payment are established by the Rules of membership and entrance fees.

       Association member may voluntarily terminate their membership by a reasoned statement by decision of the Association Board. Membership renewal is based on personal statements and decision of the Association Board.

       Association members are involved in the implementation of statutory aims and objectives through personal work and by contributing funds or property, intellectual property rights, works and services, as well as assistance in any other form, not prohibited by law.
